On channel 347 eus before, but that one is taken down. It contained the full number of Welsh commisioned animation between 1991 and 2004. I will upload the Russian Welsh animations here in the months to come. The rest will be uploaded to a new channel perhaps. Just need to see how it goes. Youtube is getting more and more problematic to upload to for hobby subtitlers like me.
A little history: after a pilot in 1990 The Welsh channel S4C started commisioning animation to first Soyuzmultfilm then the joint venture Christmas films for animationsusing the Russian knowhow in the matter. In later years the studios they commisioned to included other east block countries as well. The program stopped in 2003
